One of the best breakfast menu with burritos, Pierogis, and tons of fresh fruits. Hot jacuzzi, gym and pool is well maintained too. Definitely the best spot in the city
It's our first time on this location to stay after work in the area, i brought along my wife with me, and we are surprised by the most accommodating front desk and management of the hotel. Heads up, we are told, because there is a managers special that night wherein we have experienced free sumptous dinner, they also have their daily delicious breakfast that we have enjoyed till we checked out. I have attached photos of our room which is awesome. The hotel also have promotions on memberships/rewards that is worth checking as well which will benefit frequent travellers not just on this location. We have also witnessed how those frequent guests of them are well treated and felt so happy being recognized by staff, when we stayed at the lobby. Highly recommended place to stay, for sure we will not hesitate to come back again and stay here soon and experience again a memorable stay.

From the moment we arrived, the staff's hospitality shone through especially FELY and MARIELLE. Both of them were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their customer service skills are truly outstanding—always warm and welcoming, they made us feel right at home. No request was too much trouble, and they were always available to offer recommendations and assistance with a smile. What really stood out was their accommodating nature; they genuinely cared about making our experience as enjoyable as possible. Whether it was helping with special requests or answering our questions, they were both approachable and attentive. Thank you, FELY and MARIELLE, for an unforgettable stay! We can't wait to return and highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!
I didn't mind the hotel and would have given a better review had it not been for my room and the service. I booked a king suite with a hot tub. The room was nice but when I went to use hot tub I noticed a ring of dirt in the tub and it was grimy. I ran a towel over it and it was dirty. I mentioned it to the desk the next morning. When I went back the next night my room had been cleaned but the tub was still filthy. Again, told the desk in the AM as I was checking out. They apologized and lied to me saying there was no house keeper. My room had been cleaned though. Was offered nothing for paying for a hot tub room i couldn't use. I did receive a very courteous and sincere call from the manager. She did apologize for the dirty tub and was very nice on the phone. Other than this incident my stay have all been great with Best Western.
Reception staff is so welcoming and friendly! Very clean rooms. Pool area just reopened from renovations, nice and clean. Good hot breakfast included, lots of variety and fruit kabobs cut into cute shapes, nice touch Would definitely stay here again!
This a great hotel to stay in when our family were camping at Arm Lake. Breakfast is great and staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

We were in town for three days and were blown away with how nice the staff was. Everyone greeted us whether house keeping or maintenance and asked how our stay was. I have traveled quite bit and have stayed at some luxury hotels but they could learn from the Wainwright team. Amazing service. The hotel was very clean and well keep and very comfy beds.
